How to Report
Email: legal@abv.dev You can report anonymously using an anonymous email service (ProtonMail, etc.) or request anonymity in your report. While anonymous reports are accepted, providing contact information helps us ask follow-up questions and keep you updated. Include in your report:- What happened, when, where, and who is involved
- Evidence (emails, screenshots, logs) if available
- How you became aware of the issue
Confidentiality and Protection
Confidentiality:- Reports are restricted to legal/compliance team and relevant investigators
- Your identity is protected and shared only on a need-to-know basis
- Reports are stored securely with access logging
External Reporting
You have the right to report concerns to external authorities (data protection authorities, employment commissions, law enforcement, etc.). Reporting externally doesn’t void our non-retaliation policy. Consider external reporting if internal reporting hasn’t resolved the issue, senior leadership is involved, or there’s immediate danger.For ABV Employees
